Suggestions and Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends the practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

For further information on out complaints procedure, please write to Mrs Heather Orr (Practice Manager) or ask for a leaflet at reception.

Computerised Records

All medical details are recorded on computer, please do not be put off by the fact that the doctor will constantly be referring to the computer screen or using the keyboard as it does not mean they are not listening to you. It is necessary to have accurate details recorded to promote a high standard of patient care and continuity of care.
