Attendance at GP Out of Hours is by appointment only, so please call first on 028 7186 5195.

The GP out of hours service is for people who need urgent medical treatment but cannot wait until their GP practice opens.

GP out of hours service is available from:

Monday-Friday: 6.00pm - 8.30am

Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays: 24 hours a day

A receptionist in the emergency call centre will answer your call.

They will either:

1. Arrange for you to speak to a doctor or a nurse
2. Invite you to attend the centre to be seen by a doctor
3. Arrange a home visit if you are too ill to attend the centre

This service is provided by the Western Health and Social Services Board through Western Urgent Care. Details of all contacts you have with the service are downloaded to the practice each morning.
