The Practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection.

We only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of the tests or they are not capable of understanding the results.

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can 

• phone us AFTER 2PM and we will tell you what the results are

If you want to talk to someone about your results contact the Practice by telephone.

Patients should also note that if the GP has referred you for an X-ray they are carried out in Omagh Health and Primary Care Complex between 9am and 12noon and 2pm and 4pm weekdays.
